Who we are
L & B Multiservices, LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating in Miami-Dade and Southwest Florida. We provide back-office services to small businesses: marketing, lead follow-up, permit coordination, scheduling, material orders, inspection coordination and project management support.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, business name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and anything you tell us about your business when you fill in a form, book a call, send a message, or become a client.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
- Client project information: permit documents, job details, customer lists and similar records you share with us so we can do the work.
- Website information: basic analytics such as pages visited and how you found us.
How we use it
- To answer you, book calls, and provide the services you hired us for.
- To send service messages about your account, your jobs and your permits.
- To send marketing messages only if you asked for them. You can stop any time (see below).
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping requirements.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your project or your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. We do not send automated marketing texts to anyone who has not given written consent, and we do not share your number with anyone for their own marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Customer relationship and messaging software (such as GoHighLevel)
- Email and calendar providers
- Government agencies and building departments, when filing permits on your behalf
- Licensed contractors and vendors working on your project, when you ask us to coordinate with them
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with
How long we keep it
As long as you are a client and afterwards as required for tax, legal and contract records. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
- Ask us what we have about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to texts.
Security
We use reputable providers, limit who can access client information, and protect the devices we work on. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top and post the new version here.
