What we do

We provide back-office and marketing services to small businesses: CRM setup, lead follow-up, missed-call response, marketing content and ads, site surveys, permit coordination, planning, scheduling, material orders, inspection coordination and project management support.

What we do not do

L & B Multiservices is not a licensed contractor and does not perform contracting work. Licensed trade work is performed and contracted directly by licensed contractors. Permits are filed under the client's license, and the client remains responsible for their license, their work and their compliance. We prepare, submit, follow up on corrections and schedule inspections on the client's behalf.

Plans and payment

• Setup fee: charged once, before work begins. The setup is completed within 3 business days of receiving what we need from you (logins, business details and content).
• Monthly fee: billed every month starting after setup, until you cancel.
• Ad spend is separate and is paid by you directly to the advertising platform. We do not mark it up.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments may pause service until resolved.

Cancelling

Monthly service is month to month after the first 90 days. Cancel any time by email; service continues to the end of the paid month. Setup fees are not refundable once the setup work has started. If we have not started, the setup fee is fully refunded.

What you own

Your customer data, your website content, your social accounts and your business records are yours. If you leave, we export your data and hand it over at no charge.

What we need from you

• Accurate business information, and access to the accounts we need to do the work.
• Approval before anything is posted or sent on your behalf, unless you tell us in writing to post on a schedule.
• Your own compliance with texting and email laws: we do not send marketing texts to people who have not consented.

No guaranteed results

We do not promise a specific number of leads, jobs, revenue or permit approval times. Building departments, platforms and markets are outside our control. We promise the work described in your plan, done on time and done well.

Limits

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County or Lee County, Florida.
